Refund policy
At SHRRUTI SACHDEVA, every garment is made to order with careful craftsmanship, ensuring exclusivity and personalization for our customers. Since each item is custom-produced, we follow a strict No Cancellation / No Refund Policy.
1. Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it goes into production immediately.
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Our garments are specially handcrafted and made to order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, or personal preference.
Customers are advised to carefully review product details and sizing charts before placing an order.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
Clear images or videos of the issue must be provided.
After review, SHRUTI SACHDEVA will decide whether the item qualifies for repair, replacement, or store credit.
4. Color & Variation Disclaimer
Slight variations in color, texture, or embellishment may occur due to handcrafting and photography lighting.
Such variations are natural and will not be considered defects.
5. Double Transactions
In the unlikely event that you are charged twice for the same transaction, please notify our Customer Service team immediately with the relevant details.
Upon verification, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
6. Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, issues must be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer.
7. Final Sale
All sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, as each product is made exclusively for you.
